Christopher C. Smith

Christopher is a shareholder at the firm and focuses his practice primarily on patent litigation. He represents Fortune 500 clients in patent jury trials, and has served as trial counsel in numerous patent infringement cases in District Courts across the country.

Chris is a registered patent attorney authorized to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He has worked alongside a team of attorneys on post-grant proceedings before the United States Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan and a law degree from UCLA. Additionally, Chris worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable R. Gary Klausner of the Central District of California.
